Special offers for mammoplasty!

A beautiful breast makes a woman feel confident in her own attractiveness and gives aesthetic pleasure from the sight of her body.

Sometimes there are unfortunate discrepancies between the breast given by nature or what it has become after child-feeding and the one that a woman wants to see.

Especially for patients dreaming of beautiful breasts! We have extended the mammoplasty promotional offer until January 31, 2021

Warning about Anti-Epidemic Measures

Dear patients and accompanying persons!

On the basis of the decree of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region No. 524-UG dated October 5, 2020, entrance to the clinic is allowed if a mask is properly worn on the face.

On the basis of the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation 198 of March 19, 2020 a restrictive visiting regime is in effect in the clinic, an epidemiological anamnesis on coronavirus infection is being collected, for which purpose a questionnaire is filled in at the entrance.

Where did you hear about us first time?

All of us have at some times of our lives felt like being slimmer than we really are. A double chin, an excessive volume in the lower abdomen, fat deposits on hips and medial thighs ... diets and exercises are unlikely to help with that.

Plastic surgery has a very popular technique which is intended not for weight reduction or cellulite treatment, as someone might think, but for body sculpting. Liposuction is an effective way to get rid of excessive local fat deposits in different parts of human body, including a chin, a neck, forearms, a back, an abdomen or legs. It's currently the most frequently sought-after cosmetic procedure in the world.

In fact, any person, a man or a woman, having local fat excess can be a candidate for liposuction. Women frequently undergo liposuction of hips, thighs, buttocks and knees, while for men the main areas of concern are flanks, an abdomen and a waistline.

The best results are, probably, achieved in people with normal or moderate excess weight, aged under 30 y.o. Skin elasticity is considered to be an important factor for obtaining good results. Better skin elasticity allows better skin contraction and redistribution over the volumetrically reduced underlying tissues. Generally, this procedure has no age limits.

This surgical body sculpting is achieved by removal of fat deposits using a vacuum-assisted suction pump introduced via small skin incisions. For the last few years many clinics all over the world have been using ultrasound for fat destruction, thus making the procedure less traumatic and decreasing the potential for complications. Moreover, use of the most-up-to-date costly equipment allows a surgeon to more accurately sculpt specific body areas.

Duration of the procedure may vary from half-an-hour to several hours depending on an estimated volume of lipoaspirate. Either local or general anesthesia may be used for absolute patient comfort.

The procedure leaves a patient with minimal incisions that will heal shortly after. Over time they will grow lighter and become almost unnoticeable. On the third postoperative day patients might feel as if they have had strenuous exercises after a long pause.

Most patients resume  their normal life activities within 5 to 6 days postoperatively.
Three to five weeks postoperatively patients have to wear compression garments that will prevent significant edema formation and facilitate skin contraction. In up-to-date well-equipped clinical settings occasional minor complications are completely treatable and do not compromise the final aesthetic outcome.

Liposuction is the surgical removal of subcutaneous fat by vacuum. It does not reduce weight as some people think, nor does it eliminate cellulite as others hope. Removal of subcutaneous fat corrects the figure, eliminating the imbalance of its individual zones and making it more proportionate. It is an effective way to get rid of excessive localized fat deposits on various parts of the body, including the hips, shoulders, back, abdomen, as well as the chin, neck and cheeks. Women are more likely to have their thighs, buttocks and knee areas corrected. Male "problem" areas include the flanks, abdomen and lumbar area.

The best candidates for liposuction are those whose weight is relatively normal but who have areas of excess fat in certain areas.

Undesirable fat deposits can be removed from any area of the body and face, including the chin, neck, cheeks, upper arms, area above the chest, abdomen, buttocks, lumbar and thighs, knees, legs and ankles.

After pregnancy, excess adipose tissue often increases in the hip area, making the figure disproportionate. Some female patients who contact us say they wear skirts that are 1-2 sizes larger than the jacket.

It is not recommended for those with poor blood supply in the part of the body where you want to remove the " excess " and patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, or autoimmune diseases. The feasibility of surgery in existing chronic diseases is decided individually on the basis of objective health data. If diabetes or other chronic diseases are compensated, it is possible to undergo surgery. There are no age restrictions for this operation.

The operation takes from 30 minutes to several hours depending on the planned scope of intervention. If the areas to be operated are small, the intervention can be done under local anesthesia. When the operation is planned for a sufficiently large area of the body, general anesthesia is used. Which type of anesthesia is most suitable, the anaesthesiologist decides on the basis of the planned scope of the operation, the patient's health and individual characteristics. In any case, regardless of the method and type of anesthesia, the operation is absolutely painless. After the surgery, there is no pain, postoperative anesthesia is sufficient.

The best results are in people with normal weight. Favorable results are also achieved by those whose weight is slightly higher. And excellent aesthetic effect is in people with almost normal weight, young, under 30 years of age.

The second important condition for success is skin elasticity. Those who have more elastic, supple skin, can count on a better final contour (shape). Flabby skin will not allow a clear delineation of the new contours of the body, and additional efforts may be needed to surgically remove excess skin. The more elastic the skin is, the better it shrinks and " fits" the reduced volume.

Excess fat deposits on different parts of the body are removed, thus benefiting the whole figure. Fat can regenerate in the same places, but it will take much longer: the process of generating the fat cell goes "from zero". After the liposuction, the body gains weight very evenly.

The recovery period depends on the intervention scope, but is on average limited to 2-4 weeks. Patients wear compression garments for 1 month after surgery. Restrictions on physical activity also apply for one month.

There are procedures and treatments in the arsenal of rehabilitation doctors to help reduce hematoma and swelling after surgery. If the patient wishes, individual rehabilitation programs are selected. For example, treatments improving the skin condition are recommended, including lymphatic drainage massage (instrumental or manual), as well as dermatonia and algae wraps.

Phototherapy sessions quickly eliminate "bruises".

The final result can be assessed in 3-6 months, the period depends on the scope of the operation. The effect of such aesthetic correction is pronounced and long-term, as opposed to conservative non-surgical methods.

Our surgeons see patients daily: free from 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays (break from 2 pm to 3 pm), and payable on weekends: on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm, on Sundays from 11am to 1 pm, you can get an appointment by phone: (343) 228-28-28.
Patients from other cities, e.g. Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Samara, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Ufa, Rostov-on-Don, Volgograd, etc. can have a remote consultation based on photographs. Please read the conditions for a remote consultation in our webste page: If you decide to have surgery

Liposuction cost
The total amount depends on the scope of intervention, the cost of anesthesia, the comfort of the room, the quality and scope of rehabilitation procedures etc.

It should be taken into account that solving some problems (e.g. thigh correction) requires the removal of subcutaneous fat from adjacent areas. When removing the "saddlebags", in order to restore the proportions of the thigh shape and line, it is often necessary to correct the front and inner side of the thighs as well as the knees.

Liposuction is often complemented by such interventions as endoscopic facelift, rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty, mammaplasty: breast augmentation or breast reduction, as well as some other operations.

Removal of subcutaneous fat in combination with surgical abdominoplasty can achieve almost perfect lines and proportions. Unfortunately, abdominal liposuction alone is not able to solve all the aesthetic problems of the anterior abdominal wall, especially after pregnancy, so it is often combined with abdominoplasty.

ATTENTION! Smoking negatively affects the result of surgery, causing serious complications, such as necrosis. If you smoke, you need to quit smoking 2 months before surgery.

Patients should pay for compression garments in body contouring surgery (breast, abdomen, thighs).

Abdominoplasty, liposuction of shoulders, armpits, liposuction of suprainterscapular region ("cervical hunchback"), back, lumbar, and supragluteal regions.
