He graduated from the Sverdlovsk State Medical Institute in 1982. From 1982 to 1983, he completed an internship in surgery, and then a residency in maxillofacial surgery at the Sverdlovsk State Medical Institute. In 1990, he completed advanced training in the Moscow Research Institute of Cosmetology, in the surgical department (specialization in the workplace) and in the Regional Clinical Hospital No. 1, Sverdlovsk, in the VI Surgical Department (Surgical techniques and methods of surgical interventions for aesthetic and functional defects of the face and body). In 1999, he advanced his qualification at the St. Petersburg Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education (Fundamentals of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery) in the specialty "Surgery", at the UGMA in 2009.- "Selected issues of maxillofacial surgery", in 2015 - "Plastic Surgery".
