Labia Minora Reduction
Virginity Restoration (Hymenoplasty)
Labia minora reduction
Enlarged labia minora is a fairly common phenomenon, which poses no threat to a woman’s health. However, many young women think that this imperfection requires aesthetic correction.
There are various labia minora reduction techniques. In our clinic, this type of genital aesthetic procedure is performed by gynecologic surgeons. The technique used in our clinic provides the most natural appearance of labia minora. Many our patients tell us with gratitude about being surprised when their doctors can’t see any signs of the surgery even during routine gynecological examinations.
Labia minora reduction is a short procedure performed under intravenous anesthesia, during which patients remain in a state of pleasant light sleep.
After the surgery, patients can stay in the hospital till the evening or overnight. Hospital stay provides the required clean environment and hygiene.
There are certain limitations in the early post-operative period. Patients should avoid active sex life for one month until the tissue healing process is complete.
Labia minora reduction is a sought-after procedure; therefore, patients are requested to schedule it ahead of time. Like any other surgery, labia minora reduction may have contraindications, both general (infectious diseases, blood disorders, acute exacerbations of chronic diseases, etc.) and specific ones.
To undergo this procedure you need to visit a doctor for clinical examination. You can make an appointment by calling (343) 228-28-28.
Hymenoplasty or hymen restoration surgery is in fashion these days. Not only young ladies before their wedding come to us, but also married women willing to make an unusual gift to their husbands for a wedding anniversary.
When the scars heal, normally at two weeks postoperatively, women can safely resume their sex life without any discomfort.
Penile girth augmentation
Penile frenulum surgery
Penile enlargement (lengthening)
Small size of the penis may cause some difficulties in sexual life, which makes a man feel inferior. Penis enlargement pills, special exercises and devices that “guarantee” the result are offered by those promoting these products and methods. In fact, surgical correction is the only safe method of penis lengthening recognized by global medical community.
Penis can be lengthened surgically by 2-4 cm, depending on individual size of its inner part and other anatomical characteristics. Lengthening of the male organ is performed by releasing the ligament that retains the inner part inside the body. This is a short procedure performed endoscopically. In all cases general anesthesia is used, therefore, patients do not have any pain or discomfort. Pain management is performed for two or three days postoperatively. No surgical signs are visible in the future. There is a fine scar 1.5 – 2 cm long in the pubic area or under the penis, which is virtually invisible under growing hair.
Patients are usually discharged from the hospital the next day after surgery. For 2 weeks sexual intercourses should be avoided. Also, patients should wear a special extending device for at least six months after the procedure. The fact is that even after complete release of ligaments, penis maintains anatomical connection with surrounding tissues and tends to return to its original position. Scarring process lasts at least six months, and sometimes up to one year. After that new position of the penis is stabilized. In our clinic patients can augment the penile girth.
Lengthening and augmentation of the penis does not change sexual potency making it neither better nor worse. The same is true about penile sensitivity. Erogenous or sensitive area of the penis is mainly its glans. Penile body has low sensitivity, and slight decrease of the latter postoperatively can be negligible.
Penile augmentation (thickening)
During this procedure, a special filler is injected subcutaneously over the penile corpora cavernosa circumferentially. In our clinic, only patients’ own body fat is used for safety reasons. Fat is harvested during a simple procedure similar to a minor liposuction. After processing, the fat is injected under the penile skin, but never in the corpora cavernosa. With proper injection technique, the transferred fat remains in place for a long time, although with partial resorption. Therefore, injections have to be repeated after a while to obtain a reliable increase of penile circumference. Sometimes fat is injected in three sessions with six- month intervals. The average increase in diameter is 1-2 cm, depending on the degree of fat absorption by the human body. Similar to a lengthening procedure, penile augmentation is performed under general anesthesia to eliminate any patient discomfort. Normally patients are discharged from the hospital the next day after surgery. Patients should avoid sexual intercourse for a few weeks postoperatively. In our clinic, penile lengthening can be performed as well.
In most cases, we prefer to perform penile lengthening and augmentation as different surgical steps with an interval to maximize the effect.
Circumcision, penile frenulum surgery
Circumcision is performed both for medical and religious reasons. Medical indication is narrowing of the opening of the foreskin, which makes glans exposure difficult. Phimosis (inability to expose the glans) can be a congenital or acquired condition. In addition to problems with urination, a man may suffer from chronic inflammation and swelling of the foreskin. Intraoperatively, a doctor excises the foreskin to restore the normal anatomy, so patients do not have inflammation and pain anymore.
Phimosis can be treated by minimally invasive techniques with partial preservation of the foreskin. Circumcision may be combined with frenulum surgery. Too short a frenulum of the foreskin causes pain during an intercourse. Its constant tearing and healing can lead to a chronic crack and inflammation.
Frenulum lengthening is performed using horizontal transsection and vertical suturing. Stitches are removed at one week postoperatively.
